Getting Started

To get started at CrossFit Kovu drop in and take one of our free intro classes. During your time at CrossFit Kovu we will discuss what we offer our athletes, our approach to fitness and how we can help you reach your fitness goals. The first class you attend will start your FREE Trial week. During your trial we recommend you come at least three classes so you can get a true feel of how our class and programming work for you. Each class is one hour long during our class we will discuss the workout, the purpose of the workout and the stimulus we will achieve, a dynamic warm up and complete a metcon WOD.

After completing your trial week and deciding to sign up, you can choose to sign up under one of our month to month programs:

  • Unlimited Classes a Week
  • 3 x a Week
  • Unlimited Couples Classes a Week

Or new members can choose to enroll in one on one private training.

Private training is available for those are not ready to join the group classes or those who prefer one on one training.
